About
At the age of 41, Lee Cartwright suffered a major stroke, which left him paralyzed on the left side of his body. Through staying positive and engaging in brain exercises and rehabilitation, Lee was able to regain movement.
During his recovery, Lee studied diligently and successfully earned Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Disability and Exercise.
Lee created this group to help fellow stroke survivors by sharing his personal experience of regaining range of movement. We welcome questions from members and encourage everyone to share their own recovery journeys within the group.
We hope this site supports you in your stroke recovery.
We also have a collection of exercises on our Pinterest and Facebook pages. Please remember that all exercises should be performed at your own discretion and, if necessary, in consultation with your medical practitioner.
We wish you the best in your recovery.
