Hi everyone if your in Essex and would like to Come to our seated exercise and stroke support groups on a Monday in Witham town fusion leisure centre at 11-30 am spinks lane cm81ep and starting 3 rd April every Thursday 12-2 pm at the copper pot community cafe in Chelmsford city we will be uploading some videos on here our new website and our Facebook group too if you write your stories and videos on a file on your phones then upload them on to your profile on website if your struggling like I was lol 😂 please get in touch and will navigate you through process best wishes Lee 🙏
