I have been thoroughly interested in fitness and have practiced almost every type of workout routine since the age of 15,

I have studied P.E. and Sports science have a level 3 PT qualification and also GP referral (level 3). I have had to overcome sickness and serious injuries over my years of training also,

including 3 knee dislocations (with surgery) and a painfull back injury which caused me to baloon up in weight and severly reduce my mobility for 15 months.


After my own designed rehabilitation I lost weight and built muscle with these dissadvantages. since then I have gotten back into

the best shape of my life and my prefered training method is powerlifting and swimming. I research fitness and weight training every day to stay on top of all the latest trends and discoveries and am highly focused on the scientific approach to meeting all my clients needs


My approach always comes from realising people's motivations and improving their quality of life. Fitness is about improving yourself physically and above all else mentally.
